2. MADE-TO-ORDER & BESPOKE GOODS — CANCELLATION RIGHTS
All products sold by Christopher Noir are made-to-order and/or bespoke,
handcrafted to each customer's specific measurements, customisations, and
specifications. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and
Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the standard 14-day cooling-off
cancellation right does not apply to bespoke or personalised goods that
have been made to the consumer's specifications and cannot reasonably be
resold to another customer.
By placing an order on christophernoir.com and confirming your specifications
(measurements, fabric, lining, and customisation choices), you acknowledge
and agree that your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations
2013 is waived in accordance with Regulation 28(1)(b), as production will
have commenced upon your order confirmation.
Cancellations requested within 24 hours of order placement may be accepted
at Christopher Noir's sole discretion. No cancellations will be accepted
once production has commenced.

3. FAULTY OR MISDESCRIBED GOODS
Nothing in this Legal Notice affects your statutory rights under the Consumer
Rights Act 2015. If goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for
purpose, you retain full statutory rights to a repair, replacement, or refund
as applicable. To report a fault, contact us at support@christophernoir.com
within 30 days of receipt.

5. PRICING & PRODUCT ACCURACY
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are
accurate and up to date. All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive
of applicable UK VAT where stated. Due to the nature of luxury handcrafted
goods, minor variations in texture, colour, and finish may occur and do not
constitute a defect.
CNOIR LTD reserves the right to correct any pricing errors and to decline or
cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, in accordance with the Consumer
Rights Act 2015.
