Shipping & Production
All Christopher Noir pieces are either in stock or made to order.
In-stock items are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Made-to-order items usually require 10–14 business days for production before dispatch.
UK delivery after dispatch usually takes 1–2 business days.
International delivery after dispatch usually takes 6–7 business days.
For weddings, engagements, and fixed-date events, please order at least 4–5 weeks before your required date.
More complex bespoke, custom, or made-to-measure pieces may take longer, and the timeline will be confirmed before production begins.
International orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid where applicable, meaning duties and taxes are covered where eligible.
Delivery estimates begin from dispatch, not from the order date.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or non-collection, the customer is responsible for any redelivery charges.
