Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
Standard Orders
When you place a standard order, you are purchasing an item currently held in stock. In-stock orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Cancel Before Dispatch: You may cancel a standard order at any time before it has been dispatched. To do so, use the "Manage My Order" link in your order confirmation email, or contact support@christophernoir.com with your order number. A full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. If you wish to return the item upon delivery, please refer to our Returns Policy.
Made-to-Order, Custom & Bespoke Items
Made-to-order, custom, bespoke, and made-to-measure pieces are crafted specifically for you and require a production period before dispatch — typically 10–14 business days, unless otherwise confirmed at the time of order.
Cancel Before Production Begins: You may cancel before your order enters production. Contact us at support@christophernoir.com with your order number as soon as possible. A full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
After Production Has Begun: Once a piece has entered production, it cannot be cancelled, as it has been made exclusively for you.
After Dispatch: Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted. Please refer to our Returns Policy should you wish to return the item upon receipt.
Pre-Orders
When you place a pre-order, you are reserving a product not yet in stock. A partial deposit or full payment may be collected at checkout; any remaining balance will be charged once your item is ready to ship.
Cancel Before Fulfilment: Pre-orders can be cancelled at any time before fulfilment. Contact support@christophernoir.com with your order number and we will refund any amount paid — deposit or full payment — within 5–7 business days.
After Fulfilment: Once a pre-order has been dispatched or delivered, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Returns Policy for return options
